After a slightly delayed train journey I arrived at the hotel and since I did not today was in shape to whiz off to Running Sweden (and had not had time even though I had wanted to) so it was time for surgery "upgrade the minibar." Lucky that you live next door to what is said to be Stockholm's best Ica business! Wine and soft drinks in the minibar may now throng with freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, shun and cottage cheese. On the desktop you will find grapes, clementines, organic bread machine recipes nötmix and surprise! I found my favorite bar from Nakd so I have rawfoodbars too! As set for a super week. Training plan is that I'll morning jog three days in a row now. There should not be any major problems for the airways to take a leisurely Morgonjogg tomorrow, and then it's just better! Tomorrow I will invade a gym with a friend and a bit depending on how I feel we'll see if I run Jackie or if I choose to drive strength exercises from both workouts instead.

But I run a lot. 2010, I was convinced that I would never be able to run farther than 5-6 km. 2011, I ran a long pass up to the half marathon distance and participated in the race at 10 and 12 km. Thanks inspiring bloggers and good coaching from different directions, I managed to create new opportunities for myself! 2012 I ran the half marathon and road races, 2013 is the time for the marathon in my original bread machine recipes plan. Though it appeared so much more fun then it becomes terrain race lerlopp (Bull buzz, Tough Viking), asphalt smirk, half marathon and other exciting things.
