In recent months, we have another New York passed and become incredibly convection oven fond of wine bars. We have earlier told you about some of our favorites (which you can read about here, here, and here), convection oven and judging by the reactions from our readers, we are not the only ones to like to sit down in a homely atmosphere with a glass of wine before us. The weekend went we found another little gem wine we want to suggest, so we set off in a hurry down to the East Village and Mini Bar. Mini Bar really lives up to its name, there are fifteen seats, convection oven half of which are situated around a small long table. The place is beautifully decorated in a relaxed fashionable manners, and it's hard not to feel at home when you sit down and peeking at the menu. The menu features some fifteen different wines, where the emphasis is on the red and white varieties (rosé and a little bubblier varieties are, however, to order). This small selection is of course what there good, and the place has a nice deal where after his first order, a second drink for half price. We at redax tried Mini Bars sangria as a second convection oven drink, and then it was one of the best varieties of this summery drink we managed to find this in New York, it can not get more than two thumbs up (the price was also a measly $ 4 per glass.) a wine bar is not a real wine bar unless they have snacks order. At Mini Bar is the cheese case, and for just a few dollars you get a plate with four variants that marries very well with a glass of Malbec round. During summer you can also enjoy your wine on agency little outdoor cafe, which consists of a couple of small tables on the sidewalk outside the bar, where you have full control of 7th Streets all walkers.
