Hi Any ideas please; Gaggia Classic was cleaned and then left unused for a month as away; in use now, residual boiler water came out but then stopped and would not draw more. Water would pass ok either filter or steam wand. Have indeed tried priming tricks using a large syringe on the end of the tube but could not push anything in at all to the machine, so cannot even manually prime that way. Unfortunately, I probably won't be too much help, but I had a similar problem last fall. My machine wasn't letting any water out of the grouphead for a week or so, and I essentially just did a combination of desperate things. I was running the steamer with knob all the way off, then turning it on again. I think I did that at least a few times. And then I opened the top hoping to see something obviously wrong with the pump (no idea what I was looking at, so I did nothing but touched range hoods a few of the things near the pumpish looking thing), closed it back up, turned on the pump and it started working again.
