Hello Guys I spent some time during the weekend finishing fantom the installation of my new to me Gaggia Orione circa 1970. Water & Gas pipes and connections fantom Today was a long long day but before turn of the lights and to celebrate that I finally adjust the pressure to 1 bar I decided to try to pull some shots, since I do not have a matching grinder to my machine I ask a frien to grind some inexpensive beans for the trials. As I said this was my first attempt to pull a shot out of the machine after the installation just to see what the machine is capable fantom of so no measure of any kind and a poorly distribution this is what I got My own evaluation is poor cream, long, fast but drinkable. You can see the uneven distribution and the puck came out of the portafilter in a couple of pieces. I do not want to be self indulgent but to be the first one with a just installed unknow machine and no measures or controls I will take it as a small triumph. Give me your suggestions please I need to improve. Some candy eye a small machines I saw today
