Happy öllsömul and Happy New Year! I hope you had a cozy holidays during the holidays. I would have liked to start your first email in the new year, after a long blogghlé, on a positive note, but since Paris is a great favorite I must say that my mind has been a city population. First it was a hostage-taking in Sydney for Christmas and this horror in Paris last week. As John Lennon, I permit cooker hoods myself to dream, solidarity march on Sunday gave me hope. I wrote this e-mail with a song of his, Imagine, in the background:
At the end of October last year I announced changes to the blog and took a break and now it's time to welcome you to the "new" cooker hoods Lönsj & Latte. cooker hoods I changed the said name and URL, but also the layout was no drastískum changes (sorry smooth tuna and become lunch did not work out in the name). I did not start blogging again until her husband had completed the construction of the tape that I've dreamed about for photography. It is tailored to the kitchen and I have plenty of room for your computer, pads, cookbooks and other things when I'm working on my kitchen - I am grateful for having laghentan person. The main change in the blog is that from now on I just published cooker hoods my own photos, which means that I stopped all blogs cerium. I will also publish posts less.
Originally the idea was to just use Pinterest for images from others, but I like the scrolling down pages with large images, and knew that part of me would tend to miss the blog as I did before. I opened the newly-Tumblr page called Lunch & Latte. There will find photos that would probably end up on the blog, but without the blog text and only a brief description and reference sources.
I thought that the readers of the blog was probably not all of Pinterest and the group missed that might see a page with a larger picture of a nice designed cooker hoods and stíliseruðum homes and such. If you have used the blog as such inspiration ('space' blog series was always popular) it should Tumblr-then a kind of consolation. I have to publish cooker hoods a good bunch of pictures already, just so ago did not initially empty, and I put the color tones dominate the movement to give the archive-page beautiful complexion. How often and when I share photos on Tumblr will just depend on the mood; something to make the latte cup when it suits.
On the blog will be one and the other in the running and that the first post should give you the tone. Here are records of what I'm all kinds of stuff in the kitchen, what runs on my desk good. Some days I come by to discuss the books I read or add to the museum (these days I mostly borrow art books in the library), something that appeals to me in the magazines I browse (I'm finally Subscribe to The World of Interiors, where you can always find a beautiful textile). Other days I might share what I cook or bake, recipe I put together at the moment, and what I found his inspiration (one of the latest was for example, reading the novel I read recently). To facilitate cooker hoods things, I'm cooker hoods going to stop updating food blog (update it once a year!) And just use this blog to share recipes from now.
Soon I start a course of architecture today and maybe I will discuss something about him (I have no plans to take a degree, others will make Einar Sveinn sons or sons of Samuel Guðjón future). When spring comes you can be certain that I walked around or bike camera to capture kirsuberjatré and magnolias in bloom. This will be the first spring in the midst of South Yorkshire! Maybe the last one like this in the light of how frequently we have brought us the set of the last few years! (Honey, we rather be throwing boxes, is not it better to store them only?) What else? Yes, quite right, this year is out recipe book her (Cafe) Sigrun friend that I had to tell you. These days we just read the final manuscript. We are prepared to see samples of the metabolism of the waves and the book will be splendid. What I'm looking forward to move it and to share with you!
In fact, I have no down Studded plans for the blog. I'm just going to fumble my way through changing priorities and see where it leads me. Finally I want to thank you for your visits in recent years. I hope that 2015 will be the year that you recognize and be afraid to seize the opportunities that show you. And remember, life is too short for more than quality coffee!
PS. If any of the links on the blog do not I ask you just to show the patience that some need to be updated after changes. Note also that from now on will always appear in the same entries in English and Icelandic version at the same time. Photos: Alice Hjalteyrin
